Getting started
Four steps separate feasibility, quoting and technical access — avoiding over-commitment before review.
- Submit materials: company/individual details, business model, volumes, collection and payout needs.
- Review and risk rating: complete KYB/KYC, industry assessment, payee type and transaction-purpose review.
- Channels and quote: confirm available channels, currencies, limits, rates, FX and processing times.
- Platform access: set up Dashboard, API, Webhook, reports and operating processes.
Lead qualification must-ask questions
Bring these together in the first consultation to support an early feasibility view.

- Fund flows: mix of collection, fiat settlement, crypto bill payout, and fiat/local-channel bill payout?
- Regions: merchant place of incorporation, customer regions, payee regions.
- Amounts: monthly volume, largest single ticket, average ticket, payout frequency.
- Suggested documents: company registration, directors and UBO, business website, transaction purpose, licence or operating evidence.
