- Merchant type: B2B, B2C, platform, individual or industry that needs to be strengthened for review?
- Fund flow: What are the respective proportions of multi-channel collection, settlement of cryptocurrency, cryptocurrency invoice payment, and legal currency/local channel invoice payment?
- Region: merchant place of registration, client regions, and beneficiary regions.
- Amounts: monthly transaction volume, maximum ticket, average ticket, and payout frequency.
- Channels: target payout currency, beneficiary region, and local channels; whether cryptocurrency wallet payout is required.
- Documents: corporate records, business information, transaction purpose, license, or operating proof.

What is the first step of onboarding?
The first step is to submit company information, business model, location, main customer regions, monthly transaction volume and payment/withdrawal needs.
Can the rate be confirmed before the review is completed?
Only preliminary communication can be made before the review is completed; the official rates, limits, channels and timeliness are subject to the results of the review and cooperation channels.
What corporate documents are required?
Typically required are incorporation documents, director and UBO information, business website, product or service descriptions and key transaction information.
At what stage will API access begin?
Usually, API, Webhook or Dashboard configuration is arranged after the merchant information is initially approved, the service scope and channel direction are confirmed.
Can individual merchants apply?
You can submit data for evaluation first, but whether it can be accessed depends on the business model, transaction purpose, location and channel requirements.
Will the patch affect the access time?
